    We were disappointed with the man's attitude when we went in to get two keys cut. I left them with him as requested and went back to collect them half an hour or so later. He asked me for a ticket which he said he had given me but hadn't. When I told him he hadn't given me a ticket he continued to insist he had several times until we saw the ticket under the keys behind him. He then agreed he hadn't and claimed to have got confused. Not normal Timpson service and even though the keys both worked I will seek an alternative next time I need keys cut.
