Ordered a meal on Sunday to be delivered at 2.00 pm on Monday, for our Wedding Anniversary. Order was acknowledged by e-mail. At 1.30 pm my husband and I were looking forward to our Anniversary Lunch and we received a call from Bombay Cooks to say food was ready but they couldn’t get a driver to deliver could I pick it up (we live in Whitstable). I explained that my husband is disabled and so I couldn’t leave him on his own while I picked up the food. And I was told that in that case they would have to give us a refund - not even an apology. I was totally flabbergasted. We have supported this establishment for many years when my husband was mobile and we could get to their restaurants in Canterbury, Margate and Rye. When my husband health deteriorated we carried on using their Take-away service - but never ever again. This is not the way to treat loyal customers

I ordered through deliveroo yesterday. They didn't deliver my food and reported it as the order was delivered. Their contact number is not working. I lost my money. Cheaters. I do not recommend this.

Excellent meal. Innovative and extremely tasty. The vindaloo was medium hot and layered with flavour. The Biriyani also superb. Overall a well priced and exceptional delivery. I hope they can keep up the standard. Vegetarian options: Great choice

Ordered curry to be delivered. The chicken tikka thigh was very nice but it did not come with a salad . The boiled rice came as a pilau . The Bombay potato was over cooked and tasteless . The chicken jalfrezi was very creamy and had no peppers in it . Very poor , will not reorder.
