Too many customer-unfriendly company policies. They wouldn't allow my 5 yr old to sit so we had to go for takeaway. "Company policy" Then they wouldn't give dosa on takeaway. Then we had a further order, but they wouldn't take the order on the phone. "Company policy" Paneer tasted weird while Dal and Biryani were good.
