Held an account with this Company for over 1 year.A competitor apparently complained to Bomb Cosmetics that we were also selling these products, so Bomb Cosmetic cancelled our account with no prior knowledge or comminication or awareness that this was happening. It was only upon chasing a £500 order which had been accepted on line did we find out that our account had been terminated. Appalling level of service or Business ethics. Incenced is an understatement. There are other companies our there avoid.

Amazing products! I received a selection of the bath bombs for Christmas and decided to see what else they sold. I ordered three candles that all smell amazing and the fragrances filled the whole house! My favourite of which is the Little Miss Sunshine candle. JUST WOW. I had an issue with the website when adding my welcome discount and it looked as though the order didn’t go through I so placed another. 2 orders came out my bank and I didn’t receive any emails. Thankfully bomb was very quick in responding and cancelled one of the orders before it was sent out. The welcome discount didn’t go through and bomb kindly refunded it back to my bank account. Super impressed with the customer service and the products are just amazing, they smell beautiful. I especially like the nourishing cup cake bath bombs. Will definitely return.
