I would highly recommend the team at Bolton Properties. I recently used Bolton Properties for the sale of a house in Stoneclough. The sale was agreed within a matter of just 3 weeks of the property going on the market. Chris was very professional in terms of conducting views, advising on how best to market the property and correctly identifying the price at which to place the property on the market. Well what can I say... The office staff were really helpful and accomodating, nothing was too much trouble all the way through they were excellent. Chris was fantastic, he was professional and down to earth. He was very direct and to the point, and was patient in explaining the process as it was the first time I had ever sold a property. Chris was clear and not pushy in the slightest. He was able to give me several options and the information to come to my own conclusion.It was clear he had my best interests and that of the buyer in mind. Well Chris got me an offer within a day, that I was 100 percent happy with, I know the market was good but less than 24 hours! A man of his word, I would 100 percent recommend Bolton properties.
