Absolutely shocking place, my wife has been waiting for a telephone appointment since 11.00am the time is now 11.45. We have confirmed that this is 100% a telephone consultation X3 times. Unfortunately we have just received a voice mail from a rude nurse saying that we have missed our face to face appointment and my wife will be discharged from the centre. Receptionist is rude and useless. This place is ridiculous. Run by clown's

Had pancreatitis in 2020, ended up with diabetes! Still waiting for a face to face appointment in 2022? Tried telling me id missed an appointment of which I've had no correspondence? Had an appointment for today 1/7/22 and when I turn up they tell me they have no knowledge of it? Medication I'm on is making me have hypos! I still have no clue how to control my diabetes correctly? I look at the reviews and now see that the bolton diabetes centre is a joke! Gareth Rigby!

Parking is unfair. 15 mins free while 1 hour is for £1. I mean who can go in and out within 15 mins including walking to/from car park. Even the hospital is half hour free. The plus side is that there is a scale by hours parked unlike the RBH. It seems to be built for profit.

Never answer the phone, waited weeks for an appointment that's never arrived only to be told they don't book those appointments yet - well tell us that! Receptionist very unhelpful! Had to beg for a call back from a nurse to get any kind of help. Disgusting service from a health provider. Well below NHS normal very good standards.
