I have horrendous mum guilt for sending my child here during half term. The place sounds like a zoo and the kids especially younger kids are left to be bullied and name called by the older ones. My poor 8 year old even told a staff member for her to laugh at him and joke with the boys that were picking on him. The kids push the younger ones off the pool tables if they want to go on. I am highly disappointed especially as this is a charity that advocate for children’s voices to be heard. Never will I be sending my child again, I don’t feel he is safe or being cared for. Yes it is cheap but I would much rather pay a lot more to know that my child is being safeguarded.

Never ever sending my child there again to the holiday club. So much Bullying and nothing was done. Since the new structure there is no much activities going on as it was before and it s disorganised. Kids are not being monitored and bullying occurs constantly. Paid last time for my child to enjoy the time during the summer holidays and it isn’t safe at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place for a child to attend during their holidays.
