I just wanted to say thank you to all of the team from doctors to cleaners in making my mum's last days as peaceful as possible and giving us and my family a welcoming and supporting environment. The receptionist who kept me updated while I had covid thank you for keeping me sane while in lockdown. You truly are walking angels and I can't express how much gratitude I have for you.

I can’t thank the nursing team enough for the support and care they have recently provided for my mum. Both her stays in the hospice and the ‘hospice at home’ service made it possible for mum to spend a precious last week of her life at home with her family, whilst still receiving a fantastically high level of professional care. The warmth and effort by the nurses towards both mum and us will make me forever grateful for this wonderful service.

The most beautiful people inside and out, all the nurses, nurse's assistants and all other staff are fabulous with my Dad, he's always treated with lots of respect and dignity, and even though they are very busy, and without volunteers due to covid, they go the extra mile for him, even though its extra work for them, lots of thanks to the receptionist, kitchen staff, porters and cleaners you all make big difference in a very sad time x x x
