World class instructors, during the little dragon programme follow the YFS curriculum development. Further up in training, skill development is structured and tailored so well I the learners. Cannot fault this gym. Not only amazing instruction in karate, kick boxing and boxing. There's a well equipped gym that is open to use with amazing PT instructors at an amazing price.
