    Horrendous practice. Misdiagnosed my daughter which led to her illness to drag on for atleast 2 weeks unnecessarily. Then 2nd daughter became ill and the doctor didnt even bother checking urine before telling my wife it was a urine infection. How can you diagnose a urine infection without doing a urine sample first? Doctor also used an old school head thermomemer to check her temperature and got wrong temp reading entirely. This surgery needs new doctors as the current ones are not only clueless, but also potentially dangerous. Its only a matter of time before something much more serious occurs.

    i have been waiting since 9 am for an appointment and they still haven’t called me. I have called twice to ask when is my appointment and they just told me to wait and said someone would call me soon. However, there are 10 mins left till the practice closes and no one has called me.

    Though GPS are good here you'll find yourself waiting in queue for ages to be told no appointment available secretarys won't ring back regarding follow up appointments then tell you they weren't on screen so only just seen it, that's when you call back after waiting weeks.

    Reception staff Cameron on 3 occasions as not listened. Had a app with nurse for bloods even tho she called me by my wrong name. 😑 . Was advised by her to make an appointment to come back to see her in 2 wks time as should have my results back and then go over it if need be Said this to Cameron so he gave me date & time. Checked that evening on patient access online only to find out he had put me for a tel call back from a Doctor not a appointment for nurse It's been cancelled by me. Waste of the Doctors precious time & money & my time on ringing me back for me only to be told to make an appointment with the nurse like last time Vicious circle. Please listen Cameron
