Item still not sent out after a week so I emailed them twice to which I received no reply. I rang and was promised a call back which I never got. If it wasn’t for the good reviews I would think I had been scammed. PayPal refunded

Supposedly Marine Grade Stainless Steel screws are anything but. You can pick them all up with a magnet so their iron content is much too high and they will rust. Bolt World refused to engage in any discussion and wouldn't refund or admit there was a problem. Avoid.

If you dont mind your order arriving wrong with items missing and having to wait for the correct items to be sent, Then after waiting 2 weeks for missing items to arrive to be told you have already had them 1 day then being told the next they cant get them then use boltword if not find a better company than theese jokers.

Asked four companies to quote for some nuts bolts and washers and only one responded. Kam spent some time on the phone with me discussing my requirements and sent a quote just a short time after. The email quote was quick and easy to respond to with the link, and the products arrived the very next day. M4 stainless 100mm bolts, with half nuts, washers and dome nuts all in stainless came, and the quality of all was just perfect. Would highly recommend!
