We can only say very positive comments about our experience with Bolt Removals Ltd. We didn’t have a great experience with several other companies but Bolt Removals were the best by a long way. They arrived on time, were polite and respectful and were always willing to help our student athletes. From the first contact through to the follow up email, everything was what you would expect from a company who prides itself on a brilliant reputation. In our case we had a slightly different request but this wasn’t an issue and the customer care team ensured that all our requirements and several changes were made to work. We can definitely recommend Bolt Removals Ltd and are more than happy with the cost and service, where their staff members went above and beyond in our opinion. No matter what the issue was the staff wanted to ensure everything we had requested was delivered and that we were happy with every step of the job. Bolt Removals recently moved us from one side of Cardiff to the other. They arrived dead on time to complete our move and did so quickly, efficiently and the team were very friendly. They took apart our wardrobes and put them back together in our new house. Nothing was broken or damaged in the move and all of our belongings were well looked after. The boys communicated well and made sure which rooms to put things into which made the whole experience easy and stress free and I couldn't recommend them enough.
