Visited the Cafe to meet friends and their newborn. Decent breakfast on a Saturday and service was Rapid and very helpful in the Cafe. Shop itself, staff were friendly and helpful and the meat selection is plentiful and reasonably priced.

Great farm shop with fresh meat counter, fresh bread and much more! The cafe is very pleasant with both indoor and outdoor seating. Lovely freshly cooked food. Worth a visit to see the view! Highly recommended.

Dog friendly? Be aware this cafe states it is dog friendly. What they don't tell you is that they have allocated only 2 tables in the entire restaurant as dog friendly. They don't even sign this so when someone sits there then it's tough luck. Did not even attempt to accommodate us with a lovely behaved dog.

The reviews here mention the cafe being dog friendly in the conservatory, what isn't made apparent enough is that this is one table (two max if small groups) which is actually in the area being used as the entrance/queue area to wait for a table in the cafe itself. Also the burger was very disappointing for a farm shop, it looked more like pork than a beef burger & ended up being left uneaten as it was a bit grim. Same for the sausage on the breakfast, didn't look great for farm shop meat!
