No way to get an appointment. Call them at 10am but you'll be in a que over 30. What is the point of them. You'll have to call 111 for advice. It's just ridiculous. They need to start removing paitents if they don't have the facilities.

You’ll probably die not knowing what was wrong with you because they don’t offer appointments. Lost my voice needed to see the doctor and could barely speak because of laryngitis. They wouldn’t see me or offer me in person appointment. They told me to cal the next day and tell them, for the sake of their mother I could barely speak they don’t get it. The receptionist are dumb and rude just beyond human comprehension. Referred me to the local pharmacy for a phone chat: wasted my time, I was so breathless and could barely feel my vocal chords let out a sound. Is there a way to report or sue this because this type of medical care shouldn’t be allowed. I had to go to hospital to get proper care and no it was not in east London . East London doctors treat you like swine in a slaughter house. Esp this one.

The practice over all is doing good apart from the girls at reception . Very rude and always argue with patients. I brought this matter previously to the attention of management but they did not care. Even today I had appointment for 10.40am, was at foot 10.30 but there was a long queue and the same receptionist was arguing with one patient more than half an hour . The receptionist doesn’t understand what the patient trying to say but she was raising her voice. I hope the management will keep on eye on this particular staff for the sake of surgery name. It’s look like reception environment has changed and doing well.

if I could I would give zero stars. the most ridiculous service possible. a center where the receptionist takes the place of the doctor, can never help you with anything. a center where, regardless of what time you call in the morning (8-9), you can't find appointmnets for NexT 3days-1week. a center that I always ask to give me the form for a blood test and they never offer me one. I always have to call 111 and the people from 111 call the GP to offer me to give my daughter a blood test at every 6 weeks. The GP here is not able to give it to me, the receptionist absolutely refuses to put me in touch with the doctor, the doctor knowing what it is about. in conclusion: I can manage without GP, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GP IN ANY FORM.
