Had originally popped in for a quick jewellery consultation & fitting to replace my long serving nose ring, when Nikki discovered my original piercing (done elsewhere years ago) was not fully pierced. Although the original idea of simply replacing my nose ring didn't go to plan & resulted in my having to go back to get my nose re-pierced, both of my visits to Bold & Gold were a delight. Super nervous at the prospect of having my nose getting pierced again, I am so glad it was with Nikki. Her calm manner puts you right at ease, and I love that your appointment is not rushed; you fully feel like your comfort is put first with the way Nikki calmly explains everything and helps you through with super effective breath work. She even took a note that I wanted to move from silver to gold, so gave me the option of a standard silver stud and another standard stud that could pass for gold; and attention to detail I really appreciated. You can tell every ounce of Nikki's love & passion is within the space (which is beautiful, by the way!) and that she has found her Ikigai in life. I had the most amazing day at Bold and Gold today. Nikki was just so incredibly kind and made me feel so comfortable. It is amazing how calming and relaxing the space is, it feels like going to a spa. I got my nostril pierced today with the most beautiful piece from their collection and I can't stop looking at it. The piercing process itself has been incredible, I would have never imagined it being such a calm and meditative experience. Thank you so so much for today. I am looking forward to the next time! Especially to get this delicious, majestic piece fitted which I chose for my septum today!
