It is a great idea to pool together orders from certain postcodes to get a better price from the oil delivery companies. It isn't clear the extent it actually works in practice as it isn't clear how the price charged differs from the spot price on the day of the order. Would be good if the order confirmation notice set out the savings, if any. Maybe I overlooked it but during the ordering process I didn't notice a "service charge" which was added to the final cost. BUT, the website works well and the oil actually arrived on the day it was supposed to and though I didn't check this I suspect the cost was less than buying from any of the delivery companies. Using the web sit beats telephoning the various companies and trying to haggle!

What a joke of a firm try to drop oil off at 6.20 am with no warning . Then apply a charge off £35 to redeliver . I asked to cancel the order as I didn’t think it was fair , and then was charged £35 non delivery fee plus £12.99 from boiler juice as their service charge what a bargain . STAY WELL CLEAR SCAMMERS

Ordered on 12 May for delivery on or before 26 May - it was not delivered until today - l June. Good job I was not desperate for oil. I am not impressed - I informed others it was coming and they delayed their arrival to allow easy access for the oil delivery, which should have been unnecessary.

VERY Poor service. We were out of Oil and ordered from Boiler Juice for the first time. Expected to wait a few days, not 3 weeks! They cancelled the first delivery because the 'Lorry broke down?' and then failed to deliver the second time because our 'gate was locked and they couldn't get in to my property'? I haven't got a gate and obviously no lock! I rang them up in desperation and had no help or sympathy! They kept telling me my gate was locked. They wouldn't give me a new delivery date, so I cancelled the order and asked for my substantial sum of money back. I was told that I would have a refund within 5 days and guess what? Oil delivered next morning, consequently no refund! I believe that I was lied to twice and only got a prompt delivery when I asked for my money back. I won't be using boiler juice ever again!
