Micheal fitted us in quickly and carried out the work seamlessly- he stuck to the quote , no hidden costs or surprises, he was always reliable and on time and the after care is unbelievably good. Mike converted our heating system from a tank storage system to a combi boiler, replaced several radiators and installed additional radiators where we didn't have them before. He also upgraded our gas pipe supply to the house. From first contact, Mike was extremely professional, knowledgable and very conscientious. He came when he said he would, responded promptly and did a great job! The work was carried out to a high standard and he even tidied up after himself! An independent gas network engineer who visited our property even commented on how well the boiler was installed! Mike goes above and beyond and carries out the work like he is doing it for his own family! On one day he and his team even worked late to ensure we were not a night without hot water with our young daughter. This was despite him alerting us at the start of the job that they would need to leave the hot water off for a night. And all this provided at excellent value! I would highly recommend Mike and quite frankly wouldn't even consider asking anyone to carry out this kind of work in the future! 11/10 Services: Heating system installation, Install thermostat
