Terrible service, zero stars. Tony came to look at my boiler 6th October. It needed a pipe replacing that was blocked causing low hot water pressure so he ordered a new one and arranged to fit before the weekend and I booked the time off work.. never came and never got back to me. I then eventually got a message a week later offering to come and fit the pipe a few day later... again he never came losing more time off work and longer without sufficient hot water supply. Then November lockdown came and had a weak shower and spending extra on sanitiser to keep try me, my partner and my daughter as clean as possible as the hand taps are unusable with the low pressure, I luckily have a dishwasher rather than boiling the kettle for dishes. After lockdown while struggling to find a plumber available or one that will work on Pulsacoil, I emailed this company again by mistake, what a mistake it was. Tony barely apologised and said was in my area on the 16th so I arranged to take more unpaid time off work.. got to 3pm when he said he would arrive.. no Tony... no answer to calls or messages. If the job wasn't pleasing just say.. if the job didn't pay well enough then don't offer to do it. He leads people on and now 2 months later and so close to Christmas it's even harder to find a plumber. Don't waste your time, I've learnt my lesson with this one. Service: Heating system repair
