I've had a bike in the shed for about 18 months with a broken gear hub. After several attempts by other shops to fix, Bohemia Bikes was my last attempt before maybe junking the bike as it was too complicated to replace. They fixed it brilliantly and have saved me a lot of money in bike parts. Highly recommend this bike shop.....

For a busy bike shop, the staff here are very flexible and responsive to your queries. As a first time customer, you can email them and get a reply; phone them and someone will answer the phone, or text them and get a reply. With most other cycling repair shops, they don't tend to respond to emails and you have to keep calling them to get an appointment. Philip and Alfie did the service on my bike and were pretty amazing, quick and efficient. I had not used my bike for almost two years and took it them with deflated tires and laced with cobwebs. Philip very kindly gave me an overview of the state of my bike, reviewed handles, quality of front and back brakes. Most cycle shops don't bother doing that for you, especially if you are a woman. Philip very kindly offered to do a mini service for my bike; he called me when it was ready to pick up too. When I picked up my bike, I was touched that he and Alfie had cleaned it and it was cob-web free and looked quite gleaming. Their mini service was excellent value for £25 and my bike is now running very smoothly and efficiently. I will definitely come back here again. The staff are very polite, friendly, do not talk down to women and are very transparent about their pricing. A great local bike shop where you will receive a bespoke service. Thank you.
