Their response to customers is poor, they do not replace faulty machines. The singer machines (x2) purchased through singer outlet and supplied by them were faulty. The machines are not even 2years old and the lights flicker as though there's a fuse issue. The stitch options are intermittent. Overall they should have replaced them instead they have pushed the blame back to the customer and have not dealt with an issue that they knew about model M2105 end of line. They respond to customers on reviews which is a disgusting reflection of the service they provide. The tone of their email response shows what sort of organisation and culture they permeate

Can’t say enough about this wonderful company. Amazing service. I drove my machine over from Ireland with no advance notice and In one day they fixed my machine. They are very customer oriented and helpful overcoming the issues caused by Brexit. Thanks Rachel and Alan.

I have used this company every time I have needed help with My Bernina 790 the Customer Service, sales in London and Wales and Switzerland has been the most outstanding Service I have ever received from a Company World Wide, So helpful never charged me for the Support. When I ordered supplies they always arrived the next day. An outstanding Company to Deal with. I have not been paid or asked to leave feedback.

I live in Tenerife and am the owner of a Singer sewing machine manufactured in Scotland in 1910 and in regular use by my wife (and her mother before then) for the past 40 years. We needed a spare part and after some research were directed to the Bogod Company who responded by e mail within 24hours of contact and desp[atched the part , free of charge the same day. No wonder they have the Royal Warrant....excellent service.
