Terrible long waiting times, not enough staff or serving windows. Too small, shoe horned into one corner of WH Smith. Customer service at its worst. Royal Mail should be ashamed, only post office for miles and yet they keep shutting more branches (Weastmeads) .

Friendly knowledgeable customer service support though counters often understaffed but that's not the staffs fault but a lack of management oversight not providing enough cover. That said the staff there work effectively and efficiently to negate the shortfall as best they can and still hold a welcome smile. No one likes queuing and at times you can be upto tenth or more in the line.....so breathe and remember you will get there eventually lol or if there's no rush come back later......life's too short for unnecessary stress eh lol
