Changed my previous review as went again and now a new manager and new staff who were friendly and more efficient. A slight issue which was sorted straight away and very kid friendly with kind staff!!! Previously: Went with about 25 of us and food came 1 and a half hour later. Came separately as they said they were too busy so could not do it together which was fine, but some missed items. Food was cold meant we did not enjoy and asked for chips for kids which they forgot about multiple times. Asked for water 7 times to multiple staff then got it about 60 minutes later as they were ‘too busy’.
