Boels provided me with a broken cement mixer (it was not spinning) and claimed they couldn't find a fault when it was returned, denying me a refund from national tool hire. This is as well as the fact that the fuse in the plug had gone and I was not provided with an adaptor for the 3-phase plug extension I ordered. I would avoid renting equipment from them both directly and indirectly.
