2 out of the 3 people I spoke to in store were extremely rude and condescending. Stuart and Younis have got a authority complex going on, both thinking they are better then other. This store main priority is their bottom line and nothing else, customer service doesn’t even come into the equation with them. Especially after their sales advisor recommended the product to me after explaining my needs to them and then when the product fit for purpose, it’s made out to be my fault. Did even ask for a refund just a product that would be fit for purpose. Would much rather shop anywhere else even it meant paying a bit more for a product as long as the customer service was on point unlike these lot at this store.

Ordered a safety helmet, paid via telephone, nothing turned up after 1 month. Chased with a promise of a callback, nothing. Called again, greeted with a staff member who was training, asked for supervisor, apparently they’re all at lunch. Said i wanted a refund, only after informing them i would report this transaction to my credit card did they take it seriously! Avoid.
