Whether it has been osteopathy, acupuncture and deep tissue work on shoulders and back from Andy Graham, sports massage from Louise Acher or getting my feet in prime condition for hiking from Sue Mullen, the service and the long-term advice provided has been of the very highest quality. It's no understatement to say that their efforts have improved my wellbeing and quality of life! Their professionalism, customer care and work ethic is second to none!

Great service It was easy to book using the website, the staff were all polite and friendly when i arrived. I had a 60 minute sports massage and the therapist was great, she knew exactly what she was doing and greatly relieved my sore and tense back issues. I would definitely recommend this place.
