    I can only say yes, Yes, YES, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this service. The PT Simon Olney, goes waaaaaay above what would usually be expected, which has been demonstrated frequently each day during the Covid19 Pandemic 🙌. Our ‘Zoom’ group was initiated within days and we have therefore been able to continue our Bootcamp sessions in Isolation pretty much without an absence - How cool is that? As much as I have missed the personal face to face, I’ll miss the Bootcamps on t’deckin’ once we’re through this Pandemic. The additional Nutrition Hub package and bitesize workout sessions at home have been amazing further assistance in our fitness journeys. I have returned to Bodyfit Fitness in the New Year, after a couple of years absence and have only found further additional outstanding support - whoop!!!! Keep it up please, can’t wait to see what else is in store, BRAVO 👏👏👏👏

    I never thought that I would love bootcamp but it's amazing. Simon and the other ladies are very friendly, we have fun but work hard and you can work at your own pace. Each week is a different set up which is great as it keeps your interest mentally and physically. The membership gives you regular recipes and videos to help if you are dieting as well as toning. The app allows you to record your progress and gives you communication at all times with Simon. I definitely recommend that you come down and give it a go.
