I rang and checked with the studio whether I could go in for a piercing and was told that any time within the next hour was fine. I turned up after a half hour drive and was turned away after sitting in the waiting room because they had started cleaning up already. I was told that I could come back on another day but that it wouldn’t be possible for today. After driving all the way there because I had checked and been told that I could have it done over the phone, I was not very happy. Lost out on a customer.

Went to see Rhi at the weekend for a tattoo I have wanted for sooooo long but not felt like I had found the right person to trust doing it (it was my forearm and I wanted a specific type of style) and I honestly could not be happier! Rhi is a true artist and really takes great pride in her work. I couldn't wish for it to have been better, I'm over the moon...and I have already emailed her again about another tattoo as finally I have found the perfect tattooist for me! Everyone else in the shop were really friendly, great atmosphere and overall fantastic experience! Can't wait to return to bodycraft custom in Daybrook for more work 😁
