Wayne was knowledgeable and able to isolate the cause of my symptoms quickly upon the first visit. As an avid runner I had become stiff and restricted on my right side. He was able to alleviate issues on the same day, and provide easy at home stretches to help loosen myself up. Follow up sessions booked. Another great positive is he has the gift of gab making visits enjoyable. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a message therapist.

Why oh why did I wait this long.. As we get a bit older things tighten up. Help is at hand... Upper and lower back pain for months.. My sister in law recommended Wayne and I am so pleased I listened to her. A very very knowledgeable person. He explained exactly what my problems were and how they affected my back. An hour being stretched and massaged and my pain has been reduced massively. Thankyou Wayne. Will recommend you to all my friends 👌👌
