I've been going to the Dance Fitness and Adult Street Dance Beginners classes for over a year now and it's the favourite part of my week! The main reason I go is because it is so much fun! The fact that I'm now more flexible and healthy is just an added bonus. Emj's personality is what makes each class so enjoyable and means I leave feeling amazing every time. My confidence has definitely grown over the past year in such a friendly and supportive environment. You don't have to have done any type of dancing before and I completely recommend it!
