I took my daughter to get her nose pierced by Jo. Jo took her time and explained everything that was happening. She was very patient and made sure my daughter was happy and understood what was going on. After leaving my daughter commented that she had really liked the way Jo had been with her.

Well...Where do I start? The experience from start to finish was just brilliant. Booking online to get an appointment with Jo was quick and straightforward and she was so accommodating with my preferences for a day that was suitable. Upon arriving at the studio I was blown away with how amazing it looks, what a difference the new makeover is! As soon as I got into the studio I was able to use the hand sanitiser and I felt safes and at ease knowing that all staff were protected with their PPE. I was pretty undecided as to what piercings I actually wanted but Jo was honestly brilliant, she took her time to explain all my options thoroughly and talk me through what she was doing at all times. The piercing studio was so clean and all throughout Jo was using hand sanitiser, had her mask and visor on and then all equipment cleaned thoroughly. Jo explained how the anatomy of the ear works and I felt completely safe knowing that she was a total professional and knew exactly what she was talking about. Jo marked out different dots on my ear of what I could get which was brilliant as I was able to see what looked good with my already existing piercings. After I got the piercings, Jo made sure that I was feeling okay and let me sit for a while incase I was feeling light headed. Jo explained all the appropriate aftercare and reassured me that I could contact her if I needed advice on anything. Jo even suggested a check-up appointment in 8 weeks time to make sure everything was healing well I honestly couldn't recommend Jo anymore. She is just an absolute professional and knows exactly what she is talking about. Thank you for the amazing service and I can't wait to come back for my check up appointment. If I could give the service 100, stars I would :)

From the minute I entered the studio and to when I left I felt extremely comfortable. Everything was clean and Jo made me feel very at ease! Everything was done to a high standard and I love my new addition to my ear! I would definately reccoment Jo, I have been pierced by her twice now and my daughter once. Thank you so much for all the advice on aftercare and the return appointment to check how the healing is going! 😊
