I went to see Claire in pregnancy and with my 1 year old. I cannot recommend her enough. She was brilliant with my little girl, both of us were so comfortable for the whole session. Everything she said totally made sense and pieced things together. I saw immediate improvements & increased confidence with my daughters movement. Claire is so professional but also very warm & kind, making you feel immediately at ease. Super grateful to have her and her amazing clinic so near.

After just one visit and starting the exercises Jasmine gave me to do, I feel like a human being again and can walk without limping. This is my second visit to BodyMechanix, the last one was 2 years ago for my back (again with Jasmine) and both times I’ve had immediate results. I highly recommend their services.

When I first went to see Claire I was a mess of pain and tears. I’d suffered with a chronic pain condition for a few years which was really affecting my ability to work and do certain everyday activities and as a consequence affecting my mental health. Claire was really understanding and listened to me as I cried my eyes out trying to explain what I had been through and where I am now, we then discussed how she could help me going forward. Claire was amazing at explaining how she would treat me detailing how treatment would change depending on what my body needed that week. Claire has been fundamental in my physical and mental health stability as she helps me navigate the ups and downs of my changing pain. Claire also treated me during and after my pregnancy as new pains developed. Claire is a really empathetic and knowledgeable Osteopath and I am so thankful for everything she has done for me. When Claire went on Maternity leave I started treatment with Gurkartar. I was extremely apprehensive about seeing a new Osteopath as Claire and I had built up a relationship and she knew my body and how to treat its complications. However, after one session with Gurky I was put at ease and so happy to receive treatment from another Osteopath what was so knowledgeable and understanding. Gurky very quickly picked up the complications of my condition and continues to adapt treatment which is essential in managing my pain. Words can’t express how grateful I am to these two amazing Osteopaths!

I feel like a new person thanks to Claire. I suffered months of acute pain following a shoulder injury. I was given increasingly high doses of painkillers and anti-inflammatories by my GP and only had phone appointments with NHS physio. I couldn't sleep at night due to the pain in my shoulder, and just couldn't see an path towards recovery. I realised I had to change my approach so I made an appointment to see Claire and her treatment feels miraculous to me. Following months of pain, I was able to stop taking medication after my very first appointment and sleep restfully again. I've had 4 appointments now and I can feel strength returning to my shoulder and see a path towards recovery. I suspect that if I had not gone to see Claire I would have been left with a chronic condition. Claire previously treated my partner's back and so I had already heard from him about how amazing she is. For both of us Claire's treatment has been a life-line and given us our health back! Thank you Claire! I will soon have an appointment with another member of the team, which I think shows the holistic approach of the clinic to treating injury through their complementary areas of expertise. For all these reasons I strongly recommend Body Mechanix.
