    Had a deluxe manicure and pedicure on Friday (£80) today is Monday and the nail varnish is already chipping off and as not all my cuticles were cut (it’s advertised that this is part of the treatment) my nails look awful, absolute ripoff. More importantly though I have been going to Body Image for YEARS but won’t be returning due to a conversation that other therapists were having with a client in reception about how rude and abrupt they though South Africans are, I AM SOUTH AFRICAN………. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and the lady that was doing my nails was lovely and I think she felt embarrassed as she then got up and closed the door of the treatment room that we were in. Maybe staff need to be aware of there surroundings or you need to advertise that you only welcome British people……. Service: Manicure
