Easy to follow videos and very helpful workouts. I work a lot but the videos aren’t too long and still get a good workout so found time to fit them in. It’s great you can do it at home and don’t need equipment as too self conscious to go to a gym so really helped. Thanks

The thought of running/ getting fit, using a personal trainer scared me to death. I needed some help and fast. I found Carl, I explained to him that I had to improve my fitness levels, but I had a limited time to do this. Carls, understanding, friendly and reassuring manor really put me at ease straight away. His knowledge of his craft is impeccable. He started off by finding out my strengths and weaknesses. I'm not going to lie, I found it hard at first, my breathing was all over the place, I ached like mad the day after. All through my training Carl would ask me how I was feeling, he said it would get easier the more we train. He would explain to me what we would be doing next, even sent me exercises to do with videos showing me how to do it. Carl really knows how to get the best out of you, he creates an individual workout plan to suit your own personal needs and requirements. Nothing was too much trouble, if I wasn't sure about anything he was always at the end of the phone to help and support you. Overtime both he and I could see a significant improvement in my fitness. He's managed to control my breathing, improve my stamina, which has given me a more positive mindset, to be able to achieve goals I never thought possible. Carl is a very encouraging, knowledgeable, and professionable person. Nothing is too much trouble. I'm so incredibly grateful to him and I'm very much looking forward to carrying on using his talents / service. I,ve been training with carl for the last 4 months at first I found it really hard going as any 48year male would, Carl's enthusiasm and professional now how soon had me where I enjoyed training and made me feel a lot fitter and more energetic as the weeks passed. If you're looking for a personal trainer or just looking to get fit I can't recommend carl enough.

Before I started training with Carl I was extremely nervous to exercise outside the gym or my room. I used to feel anxious working out in public, however after training with Carl I now have the confidence to jog/ exercise outside thanks to his encouraging and can-do attitude. I really enjoy our sessions together because he ensures that the sessions are fun and not treated as a ‘mundane’ task. One thing that makes Carl stick out from the other personal trainers that I’ve worked with in the past is that his workout plans are tailored and suited to my lifestyle. He takes his time understanding your goals and lifestyle, and then creates a workout plan that works for you, rather than just using a generic plan and treating it as a one size fit all. I’ve seen a huge difference in not just my fitness levels, but in my overall health, weight and mental wellbeing. I can’t recommend Carl enough!

Training with Carl is so motivating , he’s tuned into my strengths, my weaknesses and instantly knows how to support me to do well which keeps me motivated and consistent. He’s knowledgeable and explains things well so I now understand why I need to do certain things. He helps me face my training fears one step at a time and overcome them which puts me completely at ease during difficult times. He’s one of the nicest guys to train with and he adds some fun into it too. From my sub 28min 5k goal to my new marathon PB goal, he has the knowledge and patience to help me achieve all.

He has helped me loads with achieving my fitness goals; helping me build my running routine as well as giving me guidance with my resistance training and HIIT circuits.
