I went here a little while ago and it was a extremely disappointing experience, I paid £140 as I wanted highlights she made my hair orange and when I went back to get it fixed the girls said there was nothing wrong with it. Honey, if you can’t tell what’s wrong with it maybe you should not be a hair dresser. I then went apposite the street to Tangles free who only charged me £90 and did a brilliant job at getting rid off all the orange and brassy tones. Don’t waste your money. They are not qualified to deal with brown people hair. They did the same to my sister in law. Service: Hair highlighting

Sadly I didn’t feel I had a very good experience here. The owner seemed very friendly and chatting to her customer, unfortunately my stylist ( name I don’t know as no introduction) was not very warm at all. Zero conversation and was made to feel very uncomfortable, admittedly I did purchase a wash cut condition and blow dry for £29 through Groupon but still feel I deserved a little customer service. I decided to leave before the blow dry as I really didn’t feel comfortable, being new to the area I was hoping to find a new local salon, sadly I don’t feel this salon was for me.
