After 3 months trying to relieve the pain in my lower back with various treatments, it eventually seized up. Roger eased the agony in one session, and by the 3rd visit I felt completely free of any discomfort, and was back to normal exercise. I haven’t had any problems since, as Roger also game me simple Stretches and exercises to prevent further issues. His knowledge is extensive, and he explains clearly what has happened and what he is doing about it, which helps you understand more about your own body, and how to look after it.

Dr. Roger Reid is an excellent chiropractor. I was treated by him during the time I lived in London for neck pain and migraines. The thing that sets Dr. Reid apart from every other chiropractor I have seen is the time he spends educating you. He teaches you stretches to do at home and tells you how often to do them to relieve pain. He also gives other tips each visit about small things to do and changes to make. He also doesn’t go in ‘autopilot’ and make the same adjustment each time. He looks at what is going on each time you come in and makes adjustments based on that day. I’ve seen a few different chiropractors since I move often and none are as competent, professional or as personable as Roger. I wish I still lived around the corner to pop in for an adjustment and a chat.
