I never EVER got a call back from the owner of this place. Reason for my complaint - I was worried as my facial hair was coming back literally a couple of days after treatment. Definitely the same hairs as I was monitoring this. I asked why, was advised to seek my GP's advice, which I did, and he said there was no reason why treatment like this should be non effective. I was baffled by this so went elsewhere. Then, some information comes to light - the machine they were using was in dire need of repair or even better, replacing. So they worked on me probably 8 or 9 times knowing full well the treatment was rubbish and wouldn't work. Girls at Bodilight, I am well capable of plucking my own hairs thank you, which is what you were actually doing. Good old fashioned plucking! But I trusted you and am disappointed that you didn't feel you could be honest with me. Obviously I cannot say who told me; but I also know the information is correct because I queried it myself. I know I never spent loads compared to others, but to not even get a phone call about it from the owner disgusts me. Bad atmosphere in the place sometimes too; and I notice your GOOD reviews are from staff. I remember all your names. One time I was even asked to give my card details to you and given a form to fill in while I waited, so you could put them on file INCASE I never turned up for treatment. UNBELIEVABLE. Who would be stupid enough to agree to that. No response to complaint, hence this review. Also, funny how I still receive your offers emails, please delete me as I'm sick of getting them. But you contact me that way, but no offer of any money back for non effective treatment, no concern whatsoever. You owe me for at least 8 treatment sessions on a broken machine. My hairs have gone now, thanks to somebody who gave me the right advice. UNBELIEVABLE!! Tracey Jacobs

I would totally recommend Bodilight. I've had several Caci facial's with Georgia now and have really noticed a difference. Looking forward to Lashes & HD Brows. All the staff are lovely and welcoming especially Georgia and the late night closing is an absolute bonus. Thank you Bodilight :)
