At Bodies Under Construction, I have received one of the best treatments for my injuries. I've tried multiple other clinics and have been told to do multiple irrelevant exercises which caused further irritation to my injuries. With a background of knee and ankle issues, I was able to visit one of the physios and gain a full diagnosis and treatment plan to assist my recovery. The receptionists are very friendly, efficient and very helpful when booking follow up appointments and the physios are very understanding and willing to assist with any discomfort you present to them. Highly recommend!

I’ve used both Physio and Pilates services at the clinic. The facilities and expertise of the staff are top notch. I love the fact that they not only do hands on work but they able to help but supervising your rehab sessions. I’ve had such great results. Highly recommend them!

no physio, a very expensive waste of time- 85£ for 45 minutes. it was just advice and 3 strenghtening exercises. no physio whatsoever even if i asked for it, he rejected reasoning my pain was not intensive. Avoid. it is just a waste of your money.
