Great place for a family day out, lots of fun play areas for children and lots of animals to see. Worth remembering some parts of the car park are quite tight so leave a bit of space either side of your car to make it easier to get out.

Overall good day but ruined when visiting the animal encounter session (21/05/23 around 3/3:30pm). I'm not the first one to make a review like this, one was posted a few months ago too. A boy was rough handling a rabbit numerous times despite there being two staff supervising. The staff were chatting and laughing and watching the chickens directly in front of them even though the chickens weren't being stroked at the time. Meanwhile the rabbit at the end of the room was being harassed by a boy several times. He then tried to pick the rabbit up and a few of us visitors said he couldn't. He then lifted the rabbit right up by grabbing the tip of his chin which distressed the poor rabbit. Farm is a great day out but if there aren't responsible staff within the animal encounter I think this area of the farm should be closed.

If I could give Bocketts 20 starts I would!!! As a very picky family, we are very aware of where we spend our money and where not to and I have to say, the two times we've been to Bockett's, even though costing circa £17 on average pp, is TOTALLY worth it! The amount of activities, the ability to actively pet and feed the animals, the slides and play areas for the kids, the quality of the food and drink, the service, and yes even having to pay a little more for tractor rides and other play activities is so so so worth it for such a full day out with your kids. The photos you go home with, the exhausted little kiddies and adults, and the level of having done something amazing with your weekend make coming back to Bocketts over and over again so pleasurable. Highly recommended in comparison to some of the other local farms where you can't even pet the animals.

Excellent farm for toddlers and above, loads of fun things to do and see, apart from tractor and pony rides there are no extra charges, great atmosphere and good value food & drinks at the on site café.

Great play areas for kids indoors and outdoors... Few farm animals too, great idea to allow kids to feed and stamps passport made it interactive. Seeing the Pigs racing was lots of fun. Facilities are great especially with hand washing options for little ones all over the park. Lunch options were plentiful. Toilet facilities and baby changing area was clean too. Gift shop was clean with plenty of options. Only downside some staff need to be more child friendly, my little boy is really friendly and kept saying thank you have a nice day to the lad behind the tills at lunch and to the lady in the gift shop... No response... He repeated himself a few times... Still no response. That was disappointing!
