Bob picked up 4 of us from 2 different locations with lots of luggage and there was still plenty of room. Bob texted the night before to confirm pick up times. Also messaged at airport pickup confirming where he would meet us. Great communication. Vehicle spotless. Bob was friendly and helpful with all the luggage. Have no hesitation in recommending him.

We used Bob for our transfer to Heathrow and the return journey back home for ourselves and my sisters family (8 in total). Bob was professional and kind and very organised. Bob took the stress out of our journeys and especially the pick up from Heathrow on the return home due to his professional and organised approach. We lost our baggage and Bob was very good about waiting for us. We also had 4 children and one of them was our son, who is autistic and Bob was very kind and patient which meant alot to us. We can not recommend Bob enough! Great service and we hope to use him again in the future. Thank you Bob 😊
