Do not under any circumstances have anything to do with flogas. Company of liars who are happy to leave the elderly, the disabled and children without gas. Completely incapable. They’ll also leave you on hold for a minimum of an hour. They promised me if I settled my final bill they would respond to my new supplier quickly so that I could have a gas delivery (my tank is only super low due to errors by FLOGAS) so I paid the horrendous bill in full - and yet - surprise surprise they have broken their promises and have deliberately not got in contact with my new supplier!!!

Complete farce of an experience. I called the main 0800 number which left me in a queue telling me my wait time was 'Three Minutes' for about ten minutes, the wait time cannot be three minutes long ofr ten minutes, only to get through to a guy down south (Leicester i think) who had to then put me on hold to call the Beverley (Hull) branch where I wanted to get the gas from, he came back off hold to tell me no one in Beverley was picking up the phone. Total call time 18 minutes. What a total waste of my time.

Went to buy a refill of butane gas for camping. My partner had a few questions to ask. We got very helpful information and the guy who dealt with us gave us options and explained everything. Had got my first gas bottle in 2017 and returned after advice from Kev Bury. Thank you so much and glad I came back to you.
