We came for A La Carte before we went to the British Bake Off experience. We arrived during the time for Bottomless Brunch. Staff were very friendly however we had been told 3 times for 3 different staff members that our allocation time was 2 hours. We felt rushed we did tell them we had somewhere else to be and we won’t be there for more than 2 hours. One waitress was nice and said take your time. But overall felt super rushed. I ordered Singapore Sling cocktail - highly recommend and the bartender made this really well. California roll - tasted standard. Prawn Tempura - cooked well but tasted bland. Salmon Teriyaki was nice - would recommend this (it is a very small portion) It does get busy for brunch session. They were fully booked and I emailed them to let me know of any cancellations which they came back to me promptly - thank you so much! The bottomless brunch is a different menu to A La Carte. Overall pleasant experience.

Food quality great but service was floored due how buy they were.....sadly not the experience we've had there in the past. Concept is great but at £50 per head its now getting too expensive. The food is amazing. We had a fabulous time at the brunch, the food was filling, and we went home in a food coma. I personally didn't like any of the alcoholic cocktails and stuck with the fruit punch mocktail, which was amazing. Definitely read the rules they are very strict on them. The brunch starts exactly 10 mins after your booking, 10 dishes per round, and 1 drink per person, but you definitely have time to try plenty of dishes. You must finish all the dishes and drinks! The food tastes amazing, and you won't be disappointed. The potion sizes look small, but as you can order more, you definitely will fill up. The staff were friendly and very accomdating. I would definitely recommend and would go again.
