Very very poor customer service. Only interested in taking your money and not actually helping with my query. I asked multiple times and was reassured that my order will be correct, after waiting longer than the estimated delivery time my order was leaking everywhere. I told customer service about my damaged order and how I had to wait longer than usual and all I got was “apologies.” No follow up no nothing. I was really disappointed with customer service at first,my order didn't arrive,it shows arrived in my system,then they said I have to pay redelivery chargee, so I was gonna put 1 star review,I asked if I could speal to the supervisor, they said they will pass on the message, I thought they will never call me back,but they responded really quickly, thank you Yoshi the supervisor,she dealt with professional manners,I am so impressed!
