Nice place and atmosphere. Lovely Friendly staff and tasty food. A few negatives though. We asked for water and in every other cafe of this type we have been, we always receive tap water. Unbeknown to us, here we received a £4 bottle of water...the price of which we were only aware when the bill came. I had a veggie breakfast. It was very flavourful indeed but we were asked if we wanted hash browns however at no point did anyone state that these were a priced extra. It doesn't even state it on the menu. For a veggie breakfast where all meat was replaced with two veggie sausages, I don't believe it's too much to ask to have potatoes or hash browns included as standard...it was in my view a bit stingy to charge extra. It should also be clearer that it's a priced extra.

We were tricked to purchase water! As soon as we sat down the waitress came asked us if we wanted water. Usually this in UK means if people want tab water unless the place is really really fancy and expensive. So we thought we would like some still water. Only until we were about to pay our bill I saw that bottle of £4 water!!! That is nearly a price of a side dish. I never thought Bob would do such thing! Be careful when you go to Bob's and remember to ask for prices for anything that is told by the waitresses.

Fantastic! This was the perfect place for lunch for my team during our retreat. We were able to put in our orders ahead of time, we ran late but our reservation was still held for us, and the food was ready when we arrived. Everyone was very happy with their food and the service was great throughout. One of the best experiences I had at any restaurant while in London! I especially recommend the Madame Bob's and the Falafel Burger.
