I Used Bob while taking my dog to the vets in Basildon. He was brilliant! Excellent communication- was waiting as I got off the train and got us nicely to our appointment. The return journey had the potential of being more stressful - namely due to my dog having been anaesthetised - but thanks to Bob’s patience and easy going nature it was far from that. Bob waited for us, assisted with the dog and even stopped to allow the dog to ‘spend a penny’ before we got back on the train. I can’t recommend him enough
