I had my hair coloured and cut yesterday by Jodie. Jodie was very lovely. I didn't feel rushed or pressurised into anything I didn't want. I felt she really listened and took time to talk through the colouring options I could go for. I immediately felt at ease and any anxiety I had disappeared (the last haircut elsewhere wasn't cheap, required a second trip back, and still looked rubbish). I never used to like going to the hairdressers but I've been having my hair cut & coloured at BOB for several years now. The atmosphere in the salon is relaxed and the staff are really friendly. I've always received good advice and I feel that I am listened to. I always leave the salon happy with the service I've received and feeling good (which is surely the point of going isn't it?).
