I'd leave 10 stars if I could, my wife and I hired several boats for our wedding and it was the best decision we've ever made! Our guests are still all talking about how beautiful and fun the trip was, and especially how welcoming and happy the superb staff were. We were encouraged by them to decorate the boats with our own choice of balloons and flowers, fill them with food and champagne and just enjoy ourselves, which we absolutely did. They were so helpful getting the younger and older guests aboard and comfortable on the beautiful wooden antique boat Em, and Tom was especially fun and informative about her features and history as he captained her for everyone. Meanwhile the rest of our guests were handed control the small white 'Scoop' boats to have fun in a convoy of music and partying! The whole group had so much fun and laughter we didn't want it to end and could have enjoyed it the whole day and long into the evening! Their prices and service make this one not to miss and we wish we could do it all again. They made our day and we can't recommend them enough. Special mentions for Tom and Elliot, but really everybody went out of their way to make sure we were safe and very well looked after. Absolutely perfect!

Hired a boat so easy to arrange, we were told how to drive it, staff really friendly and helpful. Really reasonably priced compared to other places in Kingston. Even gave us captains hats to wear! Will be going again soon so enjoyable.

The new ferry service from Hart's Boatyard to the other side of the river (or the other way around) is just what we have been wishing for, for years living in the area. It saves the long walk via Kingston bridge, and means you can go straight into Home Park, or to walk along the river towpath. Love it! Have already used it three times this week!

Fantastic day out on the Thames! The staff were extremely knowledgeable and were able to give us some great advice about where to go. The boats were in perfect condition, and their electric motors made for a very enjoyable experience, especially around sunset. Great value for money and I will be visiting again!
