Asked for two cheap dresses straps to be shortened. Business said it would be cheap, as we all know around £10 each. Anywhere. Easy fast task. Then quoted £27. Thought it was pricy. Agreed., Went to pick it up. Business wanted £50. Quote now changed, business said £27 for two” I explained Thats £54. Via a call where persons was rude and argumentative, we agreed £40, as that all I had. Just my own personal experience. Actual factual even. Always get a quote pre!
