    I wish I had read reviews of this company before ordering with them. I selected 48 hour delivery on ordering over 3 weeks ago. I haven't received my game and I haven't had a response from three emails. I have requested a refund instead of the game and I still haven't heard back. I will need to contact my bank to dispute the transaction as the next step.

    Ordered Food Chain Magnate in November 2021 when I was notified of an imminent restock by the website. Months passed with no contact. I emailed, to no reply, I messaged on Facebook to be told there were supply chain issues. I followed up every so often afterwards to no reply. I phoned and was told the order with Splotter would be "chased up" and told to email the owner's personal email. September 2022. 10 months on. No game. No further replies. All companies have problems, but for nothing to happen over 10 months is a consistent pattern of a lack of customer service. Edit: I have now received a refund as of March 2023, the owner was polite and apologetic over the whole thing. I stand by my more long-term comments, however.

The owner must have recovered because he visited the cinema in the meantime. I opened a dispute for a refund via PayPal. I write in Polish especially, the store has attractive prices for English-language titles, often unavailable in Poland, but I warn you a big face. (Original) Zamówienie złożone 8.02.23, przez dwa tygodnie żadnych ruchów. W międzyczasie po moim emailu właściciel 10.02 napisał że jest chory i że jak wyzdrowieje najszybciej jak się da zajmie się tematem. Rozumiem wszystko mała firma można mieć delikatne obsuwy. 15.02 poszedł mail, 20.02 poszedł mail i nic zero kontaktu. Właściciel na pewno wyzdrowiał ponieważ w międzyczasie kino odwiedził. Otworzyłem spór o zwrot przez PayPal. Specjalnie piszę po Polsku, sklep ma atrakcyjne ceny anglojęzycznych tytułów, w Polsce często niedostępnych ale ostrzegam duża mina.

    I placed an order on the 06/11/22 and have chased via email but still heard nothing. I would really like the game I ordered if someone could give me an update please. I paid for dpd to deliver because of all the royal mail strikes that were planned too. After 3 emails to contact the company with no reply I had to go through my bank to get a refund.

    Items arrived extremely well packaged. Just a bit later than expected, however it's Christmas, they're swamped with orders and only have 2 staff members currently due to illness. (Staff are friendly too!) Very competitive prices so if you don't mind waiting longer for your order, I'd highly recommend them. I'll definitely be ordering again in the future.     Placed an order of two games, unfortunately one was out of stock but was told in a timely fashion and received the other game within a week. Was notified by email my order had been dispatched, and the game arrived in perfect condition. Had a lovely experience with Angus. I understand the company have gone through a hard time recently but it appears they are trying very hard to get back to where they were.
