Sheila and Philippa welcomed me, my mum and sisters into Boa boutique and helped me find the most beautiful wedding dress. They are both so creative, warm and helpful and have an amazing eye for detail. We added sleeves to my dress which were my favourite part and made the dress even dreamier than before. All the adjustments to make my dress fit perfectly were done so well by Emma. My Mum found the prettiest mother of the bride dress with Sheila’s expertise and we ordered gorgeous dresses for my bridesmaids from here too. I cannot thank Sheila enough for all of her time and effort she spent, including making my incredible veil! I bought my Alma Novia wedding dress from Boa Boutique and I cannot fault the service. At my first appointment I was able to look through all of the dresses and pick out and try the ones I liked. Sheila was professional, relaxed and wasn't pushy at all like other boutiques I had been to. The boutique in Great Bookham is lovely and is worth anyone's trip to view the Alma Novia and Sheila Harding collections. I would definitely recommend.

Sheila was just so wonderful when helping me choose my dress. There is so much choice, and the staff are so experienced and understanding. My budget was respected, and I was not pressured in any way, i.e. Sheila encouraged me to wear my mum's veil instead of buying one from her - this sort of service isn't standard at most wedding boutiques! The alterations were so easy and I was made to feel like they really cared about my wedding day! I am so pleased I chose Boa - thanks again!

From the first phone call to collecting my bridal gown, Philippa and Sheila were an absolute delight and I would recommend Boa Boutique without hesitation. To be honest I was a little daunted at the thought of choosing a wedding dress especially after a couple of bad experiences so I was delighted to find this gem of a boutique. It was easy to find and has a fantastic selection of gowns and accessories all beautifully displayed. Yet the real heart of this shop are the stellar staff. Philippa really knows her stuff and listened attentively to my tentative ideas. She suggested a beautiful gown designed by Sheila and sensitively helped me to “dive in”. It’s no mean feat getting into the various gowns and Philippa’s eye is spot on making the whole experience a delight. When the gown arrived I was filled with excitement and Sheila supervised all the alterations by the super experienced Maureen. Thank you ladies for your patience even adding extra finger loops so I could manage the train during an adventurous first dance. The result was a perfect gown that looked superb and made me feel a million dollars. Even down to a tiny blue bow sewn into the bodice. Thank you Sheila also for helping Kathryn choose her perfect bridesmaid dress. The choice of design, fabrics and colours is excellent. Your skill and expertise shone through and we both would recommend Boa in a heart beat.

I visited BOA Boutique for an Alma Novia trunk sale and found both Sheila and Philippa to be extremely helpful. They really listened to what I was after and proactively suggested different styles. The dressing room is warm and private and there are two large mirrors plus a rear view mirror so you get a great view of the dresses from all angles. The shop is bathed in light and they also sell beautiful hair pieces and other accessories. Highly recommend!

I visited BOA Boutique (when it was previously based in Richmond) as my first ever appointment to try on wedding dresses. I was super nervous and worried that nothing was going to suit me. Sheila made the appointment so enjoyable and I ended up loving every minute of it. She was so patient and helpful and let me try on various different styles to see what suited best. At no time did I feel under pressure to say I liked things if I didn't, and when I didn't, Sheila would listen to my thoughts and have another beautiful dress up her sleeve. Wonderful customer service and highly recommended!
