Fantastic service from BMTR! Craig was very welcoming and accommodating. Matt and Dwight were both knowledgeable and professional. All 3 members of staff were more than happy to answer my questions with regard to the road force balancing I had carried out. I was impressed with the extra attention to detail such as removing the adhesive residue left by old weights on the inside of my wheels. All this coupled with a superbly clean facility and complimentary hot drinks filled me full of confidence as a customer. I would highly recommend BMTR. Thanks guys for the great service!

Great service from the staff and true professionals. From what I’ve seen the garage has been in service since the days of black and white televisions and have built their expertise over time. Turns out that all 4 of my brand new tyres which I bought from HALFORDS/NATIONAL TYRES were defective when tested on their Road Force Balance machine. The guys did the best to balance them anyway which has reduced the vibration significantly but I can still feel it and it’s due to tyres being oval as opposed to a true circle. I am at my wits end with Halfords tyres now and would recommend anyone to travel a little further than they are and use BMTR for all their needs. Dwight was extremely professional and a true gentleman.
